Refund policy
We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out. We will accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the date of your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Sale items are final sales. Non-clothing items are all final sales. If a discount is used that makes an item over 40% off, it is considered a final sale. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please email us at luluandfrankies@gmail.com to authorize a return.
If an item is damaged on receipt, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Lulu & Frankie's can no longer be held responsible. A return label will be sent to send the item back. You must contact us before returning a damaged item.
If an item is returned and does not meet the above criteria, it will be donated to a local charity and no refund will be issued.
Returns must be sent back in a timely manner. We ask that after receiving authorization you send your return back within 3 business days. If it is sent after this timeframe you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
ADDING ITEMS TO AN ORDER
We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately and include both order numbers in your message. We will do our best to waive the shipping fee on this additional order.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Due to limited quantities and high demand, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. No exceptions.
