Orders are processed & shipped within 2 business days.
If you choose pick-up, you will be notified when your package is ready to pick up and instructions on how to do so.
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
Lulu & Frankie's is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Once USPS is in possession of a package it is their responsibility. Please contact your local post office or USPS online with questions regarding shipment tracking.
